When You Need Replacement Roofs
Your current felt flat roof is showing cracks, blisters, or pooling water. You have experienced recurring leaks that patch repairs can no longer fix. Your roof is over 15 years old and reaching the end of its serviceable life. You want a maintenance-free surface that resists UV rays and standing water.
How We Do It
We carefully strip away your old roofing materials down to the bare timber joists. We inspect and replace any damaged timber decking before laying fresh OSB3 boards. We laminate the new fibreglass matting and resin across the entire deck to create a seamless waterproof barrier. We apply the protective topcoat and clean up the work area completely before our final walkaround.
What to Expect
A standard flat roof replacement is typically completed within 1 to 2 days, weather permitting.
